Our 2-person delivery crews are out nationally and daily so planning out their routes is very important. I start my day off by analysing the vehicle flees and staffing to enable our drivers and assemblers have a clear route and enable them to keep to their estimated timeslots.

We are recruiting for drivers and drivers mates all the time. I conduct any interviews lined up for the day and get involved in the recruitment and drivers academy process.
